We provide our domain expertise in operationally managing customer’s ship management systems which helps the customers to focus on their core business of ship management and not be burdened with “IT Superintendents”. This is not an alternative to normal IT Support of a customer. Since shipping applications need a very thorough functional knowledge of the various systems like Planned Maintenance, ISM, etc., so it is not possible for a normal IT Support staff to understand these applications from operational perspective. This leads to either the application not being utilized to its full potential either onboard the ship or in the ship management office. We provide our decades of functional expertise in operationally managing these systems in a cost effective manner.
